Roberts Physical Therapy works with many insurance providers so your medical needs get addressed. Find your plan in the register, then call (715) 803-7617 and the front desk will check it for you.
Before your first visit
The staff verifies your benefits with your current plan. Verification is not a guarantee that your insurance will cover our services, or that the information we are given at the time is accurate, so we encourage you to contact your insurance company too. The ultimate responsibility for payment rests with the patient, and a payment toward your deductible or co-pay may be due at each visit.

If you have a co-insurance, co-pay or deductible amount due, you will be asked for a payment on the day of service. Anything else is billed to you after your insurance has processed the claim. You can pay your bill online.

The walk-in clinic is at 621 8th Street South in Wisconsin Rapids. Insurance is also accepted for ongoing care, and workers’ compensation claims are accepted from every carrier.
