Roberts Physical Therapy

Locally owned, with the home clinic at 167 N Main Street, Amherst.

Locally owned since 2006, and we start by hearing your story.

Roberts Physical Therapy specializes in physical therapy and the elimination of pain. Brett Roberts, DPT, is the president of the practice, which now sees patients at five clinics: Amherst, Plainfield and Wisconsin Rapids, plus the Stevens Point Area and Plover YMCAs. The Pineries Running Lab and Flow Lab are part of the practice too.

The first thing we do is listen. You do not need a referral to see us, so you can call or request an appointment yourself, and we send your evaluation to the physician of your choice. Doctors of physical therapy here have seven years of schooling behind them, and you spend your whole session with one of them.

Our mission

“With an ever-evolving understanding of the human body and mind, it is our mission to hear your story and join your journey towards comfort and happiness.”

Our vision

“Our vision is to empower a team-first environment that in turn creates an exceptional client experience that differs from the status quo. Our vision is to maintain a sustainable business model that will allow for both internal growth and development while maintaining flexibility to thrive in an ever-changing health care model.”

How our clinic is different

A patient who understands the how and why of an injury is not left in the dark.

Our doctors use the most effective treatment techniques they know, and they take the time to teach you the cause, the treatment and the prevention of the problem. We believe that teaching sets us apart, and that an informed patient recovers faster and more permanently.
